This is for you if you are new to our services and want to have a one to one quick but deeply powerful conversation about your health and life goals with Clare. There are limited spots available on a first-come-first-served basis. 

These laser sessions are also available 4 times a year (once every quarter) for members of our essential oils community who are actively investing in their health and transformation through the monthly purchase of essential oils, supplements and personal care products through our organisation.

During these sessions Clare will support you to develop the systems, structures and habits to enable you to live your optimal life; body mind and spirit. 

Clare with work with you by drawing, as required, on her training and expertise in

• life coaching 

• organisation and scheduling

• homoeopathy and holistic healing

• meditation, visualisation and breathing techniques

Every client is different and these sessions are centred on your own particular needs. Come prepared to work hard to challenge your thinking and behaviours in order to transform your energy, work and relationships.

This is an essential oil introduction technique. Prices range from £10 - £45 and the experiences last from between 10 mins to 45 mins.
